Our accessible NHS dentistry ensures that every family receives high-quality dental care. Our friendly dental team will help you feel comfortable and confident in our care before we begin your appointment or treatments. We offer a full range of NHS treatments for preventative and restorative dentistry, including dental hygiene appointments, qualified NHS Orthodontic treatment for under 18’s and essential fillings. Cosmetic dentistry is not available through our NHS bands, but we do offer these treatments for a private fee at our practice.

The following bands of dentistry are subsidised by the NHS, with you paying the remaining balance at the practice. This helps to keep essential care affordable and accessible.

Band 1 – £27.90: This covers an examination, diagnosis (including X-rays), advice on how to prevent future problems, a scale and polish if clinically needed, and preventative care such as the application of fluoride varnish or fissure sealant if appropriate.

Band 2 – £76.60: This covers everything listed in Band 1 above, plus any further treatment such as fillings, root canal work or removal of teeth.

Band 3 – £332.10: This covers everything listed in Bands 1 and 2 above, plus crowns, dentures, bridges and other laboratory work.

Do You Offer Children’s Dentistry?

Yes, we do offer family and children’s dentistry! We think it’s important to teach children the importance of dental care from an early age so that they may learn valuable lessons and habits for life. We can perform check-ups, fillings, and give on advice on at-home products and daily care.

Does NHS Dentistry Include Comsetic Treatments?

NHS dentistry does not cover or include cosmetic treatments such as teeth whitening or dental implants, but these are available as private treatments at our practice. NHS dentistry focusses on the health and maintenance of your teeth with essential care treatments.
